Acts Announced for Radio 1’s Big Weekend

Festivals are a great way to experience new music, a new environment, and even make some great friends along the way – if you’re not too drunk, that is! So, you’ll be glad to know that Radio 1 have announced some acts for their Big Weekend in Hull.

It might be a little bit further away than we’d like, but it’s definitely worth it once you find out who’s performing. So, we won’t make you wait any longer…

The first three acts to have been announced are: Kings of Leon, Little Mix, and Stormzy. There’s certainly something for everyone’s music taste, and we can’t wait to see them perform.

To make matters even better, tickets are completely free. All you have to do is sign up online, and you might just find yourself allocated a ticket. Unfortunately, the majority of tickets will be allocated to people living in or near Hull, but it’s still worth trying!

So, if you want to get involved, make sure you’re free to attend on 27 and 28 May.
