Alan Rickman Dies Age 69

Alan Rickman, a beloved actor, and a man of charisma and talent, has sadly passed away at the age of 69 as the result of cancer, his family revealed today (14/1/16).

The London-born actor has been on our screens for over 30 years, starring in a variety of roles, from comedy with the likes of Galaxy Quest in 1999, or in his best-known role as Severus Snape in Harry Potter from beginning to end.

He will be missed by fans worldwide, and his works in the film and theatre industry will never be forgotten.
