Another Talented Brit Gone

Sadly, as you may or may not have heard, comedian and writer Victoria Wood passed away, after a short, but brave battle with cancer.
This will mark the fourth celebrity death in 2016 due to cancer.
She was a brilliant writer, from Dinnerladies to Victoria Wood with All the Trimmings. She wrote musicals, dramas, comedies, and won numerous BAFTA’s for her work. She won Things like Best Light Entertainment Performance (1986 and 1989), Best Actress and Best Drama in 2007 for Housewife 49.
However, instead of wallowing in the loss of a fantastic performer and writer, we’ve pulled some of her best quotes from the Twitter profile Victoria Wood Quotes:
Our next doors had sex again last night. I mean, I like a joke but that's twice this month!

She said 'Victoria, I see you in a beige Kaftan' I said, 'well I see you in an oxygen tent' and put the 'phone down.

She will ever live on as the funny lady she always was.
We lost another one today folks.
Anyone up for a Dinnerladies marathon?
