Former Wimbledon champion Andy Murray and his wife Kim are expecting their first child. The couple are overjoyed with the news. Their engagement was announced in November 2014, and the tennis player married his long-term girlfriend in his hometown of Dunblane in front of his family and friends in April.

Judy, the mother of the world’s number three, said she is, “really looking forward to being a granny!”

Kim recently had her 12 week scan and the baby is expected to arrive in February. Murray fans were quick to congratulate the couple on social media.
