The next movie in the Marvel line-up, Black Panther, has finally been shown to a select few people and the reaction has been incredible with nearly everyone praising it.

Those who saw the movie used social media to rave about how good Marvel’s next movie is. Many praised its use of a primarily black cast along with stellar performances from Chadwick Boseman and Michael Jordan.

It wasn’t just critics who got to see the movie though. Many of Marvel’s other directors turned up and were pleasantly surprised by how awesome it was. Guardians of the Galaxy director James Gunn said it was ‘extraordinary work by Ryan Coogler and company’.

Former creative director Joss Whedon also praised the movie:

It does the souls good to see such an unknown character come into its own here. Thank goodness there are only a few more weeks left until it’s officially released on 16th February.

In other Marvel news, Ant-Man & The Wasp has gotten its first trailer.

Much like the first Ant-Man, it looks to be keeping in the vein of humour coupled with some awesome fight sequences. It follows the characters of Scott Lang and Hope Pym, teaming up for the first time on screen.

Scott is the current Ant-Man, after being taught by Hank Pym (who is Ant-Man in the comics) and Hope is Hank’s daughter, obviously. Safe to say, we have quite a bit to look forward to this year. Ant-Man And The Wasp will release in July.
