Coldplay’s Final Album?

7 November 2015

By Lauren E. White

Friday 4th December is the day Coldplay release their seventh album featuring the likes of Beyoncé and Noel Gallagher.

A Head Full of Dreams is the follow-up to the massively successful Ghost Stories released in May last year. It was written in the wake of the band’s frontman Chris Martin’s infamous ‘conscious uncoupling’ from Gwenyth Paltrow. During that time, Martin had hinted that this album could be Coldplay’s last, describing it as “the completion of something”.

However, the band are planning to tour the record “early next year”, after only playing a handful of low-key shows to promote Ghost Stories, fuelling speculation that it will be their final tour of their final album.

We know that 4th December is long time to wait for Coldplay, so we’ve provided you with the video to their latest vibrant and (very) lively single, Adventure of a Lifetime, which premièred on BBC Radio One on Friday here.
