Well, she doesn’t look too happy does she?

After a few rumours and nudges, Bandai Namco has released the trailer for its first DLC.

Looks like I have a reason to pick up my Claymore once again.

After E3, people were a bit miffed that there was no word on any DLC for Dark Souls 3, which was released earlier this year. The game was a perfected formula, and this new DLC looks to shake things up a bit.

In Dark Souls, we’ve seldom seen a place so covered in snow, and the trailer raises a lot of questions. Why did it show us a bunch of other boss fights from the game? Who’s the guy with the giant axe? Why all the snow? And what led us to this place?

The DLC will add a few new armour sets, new weapons and even spells. Obviously there will be a couple more bosses, and even a PVP arena for those wanting to bash their heads in with frustration.

The game appears to have kept its oppressive yet alluring aesthetic.

It’s not out for another month or two, however… plenty of time to get back into the swing of things.
