For the first time, we’re getting a Bungie game on PC, in the form of Destiny 2. A mild uproar was caused after Activision announced it would be featured on the Battle.net app, however, it makes sense considering Activision’s acquisition of Blizzard in 2016.

SuperData (a research company), however, have determined that Destiny 2 will sell anywhere between 4-5 million copies of the game on PC alone, within the first three months. To get these numbers they looked at the performance of the game on consoles, which was undeniably successful and factored in how PC sales could contribute. Destiny was PS4’s biggest launch title and despite a shaky launch, it managed to snowball into something people loved.

However, whether the second game will run into the same problems as the first is still a shaky subject. The first game was plagued with things like actors quitting, the story being cut, and one player even found a bunch of cut content within the game.

Hopefully, they’ll spread on a thick layer of a story on the rich, tasty bread that is the already fairly decent combat.

Except it’ll be approximately 1000x better than the console version because it’s on PC.

Obviously.

It’s been ages since I’ve used this:
