England will face New Zealand in Belfast on Saturday in the final of the Women’s Rugby World Cup.

Full-back Danielle Waterman will not be playing, however, due to a concussion, she suffered in the semi-final against France, which England beat 20-3.

Coach Simon Middleton said, “Danielle has delivered outstanding performances throughout. It’s disappointing to lose her for the final but we have a number of strong options available to us as we begin preparing.”

This would have been Danielle’s fourth World Cup.

The match will be broadcast live on ITV and 5live.

The semi-final against France saw England make 50 tackles in just the first 15 minutes and kept the French team at nil until late in the game. Pretty impressive that they made it to the finals. And the boys came 10th in 2015.

Well done ladies.

You Amazonian contenders.
