Facebook Video Calling

Facebook messenger now has video calling which is for anyone with smartphones, this includes IOS and Androids. Users in numerous countries including the UK and the US can now chat face to face over the Facebook. 600 million people use Facebook messenger every month meaning that Apples Facetime and Microsoft Skype now has serious competition.  The messenger can only be used from smartphones with the app installed.

“You can quickly start a video call from any conversation with just one tap,” Facebook explained. “If you’re messaging with someone and realise that words just aren’t enough, you can simply choose the video icon in the top right corner of the screen and start a video call right from within an existing Messenger conversation.”
