Geordie ‘Shoe’

4 January 2014

Vicky Pattison star of the reality TV show Geordie Shore has pleaded guilty to two counts of assault after hurling her shoes at a woman in a bar. The incident occurred in Florita’s Bar in July last year and Pattison faces sentencing next month.

Pattison was hit by ice in the bar and her reaction saw the Reality TV star launch her shoe at Hannah Kelso. The 18 year old required four stitches, as Pattinson had mistaken her for the girl who threw the ice. As if assaulting one woman wasn’t enough, a member of staff ended up with a cut lip from the incident. After the rather eventful night out, the star was suspended from the hit MTV show.

Newcastle Crown Court heard that Pattison sheepishly admitted the two charges but Judge Brian Foster QC stated that she would not face jail for her assault on the women. Anthony O’Donohoe, said that his client didn’t intend to harm her victim and that even she admitted it was a ‘reckless act’ – too right!

Even though Pattison is a local girl, coming from Wallsend, she and the rest of her Geordie Shore colleagues seem to be brewing up a storm with the Geordie population as the show features some extremely rude scenes that don’t go down well with the majority of Newcastle habitants, but other cities around the UK. Many claim Geordie Shore is ‘pathetic’ and ‘gives our home a bad reputation’ – and it seems those people may turn out to be the wise ones looking at this situation.
