Harry Potter RPG Coming Soon

Warner Bros recently created a new label to specifically publish Harry Potter games. There have been many made in the past, but they were all a bit awful.

It was revealed last month that there would be a Pokémon Go esc game called Harry Potter: Wizards Unite, in which you go around shooting spells at monsters. This time around however, it would appear there is another game going to be set in that universe.

Titled Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery, it will apparently be a narrative driven RPG set in the iconic school and is also coming to phones in 2018.

Developer Jam City said the new game will allow players to ‘create their own character and experience life as a Hogwarts student’ by ‘progressing through their years’ at the school. Whether its mixing potions, taking part in Duelling Club or attending Defence Against the Dark Arts this is intriguing, to say the least.

Warner Bros hasn’t revealed anything else yet, except that it’s coming to iOS and Android.

If they’re good then I’ll eat my Sorting Hat. Seriously name one good HP game. Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows on Xbox 360 was essentially Gears of War with spells. Htne there’s this trash:
