We said it was coming and here we are.

The first trailer for next year’s Jurassic World: The Fallen Kingdom has arrived. It features dinosaurs, explosions and Chris Pratt being dreamy. In a small spot on YouTube, the director claimed there would be more dinos in this movie than ever seen before in a Jurassic movie. Given the trailer, while he seems to be correct we’re unsure if it will make the movie any good.

The plot seems to be that the volcano on the island is going to erupt, so Claire (Bryce Dallas Howard) character convinces Owen (Chris Pratt) to go back to rescue Blue, his raptor buddy and the other dinosaurs on the island.

Should be at least entertaining or at worst the same movie we got last time around.

Here it is:

Fan favourite Jeff Goldblum is also making a return to the series, as his character Ian Malcolm and he seems to be the one that the big wigs go to when debating whether dinosaurs deserve the same rights as other animals and if they needed to come back from extinction.

Director J.A. Bayona said there would be more of a horror vibe to the film, given his previous work on The Orphanage. Which is a direction I’m sure many of us have wanted to see for a while? Dinosaurs are terrifying.

Jurassic World: The Fallen Kingdom will be out 22nd June 2018.
