Kanye West’s album The Life of Pablo has been certified gold in the UK, by streaming alone. Since its release in 2016, the album has been listened to more than 100,000 times, according to the Official Charts Company.

The album was originally only available on Jay-Z’s service Tidal, to begin with. Life of Pablo was in the Official Albums Chart for 47 weeks in the Top 100, making it Kanye’s eight Top 40 entrance, following 2013’s Yeezus. In April, the album went platinum based on American streams alone, with more than 1.5 billion streams.

It became his seventh consecutive number one on the Billboard 200.
