Black Panther

Airing on ESPN last night, the latest look at Black Panther sees our man T’Challa leaping over cars, throwing dudes around and generally being cool.

Andy Serkis is introduced as the films primary antagonist, as Ulysses Klaue, an arms dealer working out of South Africa. He has a vendetta against Panther and the rest of Wakanda, for what happened to him in Age of Ultron.

From the get go it has that Marvel humour, as Martin Freeman’s character exclaims:

“You’re telling me that the king of a third world country runs around in a bulletproof catsuit?”

I mean, he does.

A lot it would seem.

The trailer has some footage we’ve seen before, but teases a new song, featuring Kendrick Lamar and Vince Staples, likely to be the second single of the soundtrack Lamar made for the movie.

Black Panther hits cinemas on 16th February.
