Resham Khan. A name you may have heard in June after she had acid thrown at her and her cousin through their car window in London. She has been writing about her recovery on social media and recovered she has.

She also talked about getting back into university and getting some normality back in her life.

The b**phead who was responsible for the attack is due to appear in Snaresbrook Court this November. John Tomlin has been charged with grievous bodily harm with the intent of Resham and her cousin Jameel Muhktar, who remains seriously injured.

Resham shared photos of her celebrating Eid, the Muslim holiday for celebrating the end of Ramadan.

She’s made a massive recovery and props to her for coming out on top really. She has even secured the backing from 35 MPs and the Metropolitan Police Commissioner, Cressida Dick, to consider the issue of acid attacks in Parliament.

A petition was also created in her name, to prohibit the sale of acid without a license which already has half a million signatures.
