Our Star Trek Fashion Crush

It appears that a rising star is making new waves in the fashion world by turning heads at none other than the premier of the new Star Trek movie.

Actress and dancer Zoe Saldana, 38, is widely known for her acting roles in sci-movies set in outer space. Saldana has held leading roles in Guardians of the Galaxy, Avatar, and Star Trek, yet it’s not only her movies that are ‘out-of-this-world’ at the moment but her effortlessly chic and glamorous style.

Saldana made headlines last week at the launch of her latest movie, Star Trek Beyond, when she stepped out onto the red carpet in San Diego California looking as gorgeous as ever in a dress which dreams are made of. The actress wore a Givenchy mid-length mermaid dress which was the perfect combination of mesh, texture, embellishment and class! Girls everywhere have been cooing over the whole ensemble, and who can blame them when Saldana’s stylist even thought to match the pale blue dress to her shoes and eye make-up!

The dress, which was a part of Givenchy’s fall 2015 Haute Couture collection, turned heads at the premier in all the right ways, as once again Zoe Saldana manages to look out of this world with her feet planted firmly on Earth.
