Ozzy Osbourne to Headline Download

Ozzy Osbourne will be headlining Download  2018! He has appeared previously with Black Sabbath, at Donington Park, Leicestershire, however, it will be the first time he has appeared solo. He will close the festival which takes place on 8-10th June next year.

Promoter Andy Copping said that they were ‘unbelievably excited to have Ozzy as one of the headliners next year.’

You’d be hard-pressed to find more metal in a scrap yard.

 The announcement comes as part of his final world tour.

Download Festival has been the home of rock since the eighties, with the festival attracting icons of metal and rock. Some of the biggest in the business have performed there, including AC/DC, KISS, Metallica, The Prodigy, Rage Against the Machine and Slipknot.
