Another section of the awards would be the Heroes. This section picks out selfless, wonderful people who are deserving of recognition.

Among these were Holly and Oliver, who won the My Mind and Me award for mental health. This was for offering psychological, emotional and physical support for their mother. They set up a charity called The Adams Movement, with their older brother Josh.

The next winner was for One Million Hours Hero Teen Award for Volunteering and was given to Charlotte, who worked with the children’s commissioner for England and has been part of the Lancashire Children in Care Council for the last three years. She used her position to influence policies around the country.

Last, but not least, we have Harrison, who changed his life through diet and exercise, now helping kids eat healthily. He documented his journey through obesity, anxiety and depression on social media. He has also worked with health food campaigners like Jamie Oliver and Joe Wicks.

So, there you go! Well done to all the winners, especially the heroes!
