We’ve all been here. We got maybe a tad too merry and ended up kipping over at a friend’s house, it happens okay? Who hasn’t slept top and tail, or slept on a floor with naught but a coat for a blanket? Well, I think this story really takes that to a whole new level.

Juliet Jarvis, from Kingsley Common in Surrey, was awoken at 4:30am last Sunday, to what she thought was her son, Stewart, coming back from a Halloween night out. She tucked him in as a loving mother would, in the spare room and gave him a pillow. He replied ‘Thanks.’

Sounds fine right?

Well that wasn’t Stewart.

At all.

Makeup on point though.

It was none other than one Marc Campfield, who ended up at Ms Jarvis’ house by who knows how, considering he lived a good four miles away in Bordon.

The mix-up was reported by her husband Cliff, who told The Sun ‘There’s a naked bloke upstairs and it is not Stewart’.

While this could have gone horribly wrong and ended up like the beginning of an episode of CSI, everything worked out, with Juliet giving the man some of her son’s clothes to walk home in.

Well, that was rather heart-warming wasn’t it?
