RIP Chris Cornell

Literal days after his last concert with his band Soundgarden, 52-year-old rock star Chris Cornell has died.

He died some time on Wednesday evening, according to a representative. In the statement, the death was described as “sudden and unexpected”. His family has asked for privacy as they discern the cause of death. Dozens of other artists have shown their support on social media, paying respect to one of the best voices in rock.

The guy was a legend. His voice will probably go down as one of the most memorable in recent history.

Audioslave was a staple band for any rock enthusiast. Whether to listen to when taking road trips or walking to work, people love the music he made. It’s unfortunate to see him go.
