A soundstage has been named after the late Sir Roger Moore has been opened by Countess of Wessex at Pinewood Studio in London.

Dame Joan Collins, Sir Michael Caine and 007 producers Michael G Wilson and Barbara Broccoli were all present at the private event on Sunday. Lady Moore and the Bond actor’s three children paid an emotional tribute and talked about how proud Sir Roger would have been.

All these years later and he still looks cool.

The fourth Bond would have turned 90 on Saturday.

Sir Roger Moore acted in more than 40 productions in Pinewood Studios and had an office there too.

A nice little pick me up at the end of what has been a rather horrible day for news.
