Unless you’re a super organised shopper, chances are you still have plenty to buy in time for Christmas. However, after the Black Friday sales, you’re probably feeling a little bit strapped for cash. So, instead of spending weeks leading up to Christmas worrying about money, it’s time to get savvy and shop on a budget.

Here are our top tips for saving money this Christmas.

  • Find bargains on eBay
    • Not only can you find some great, second-hand products on eBay, you can also find a lot of new products for a great price. There’s something for everyone, no matter your budget, or what you’re looking for, so it’s definitely worth checking out.
  • Get creative, and make your own gifts
    • Sometimes, it really is the thought that counts. If you like to get creative, there are so many gifts that you can make all by yourself. If you need some inspiration, Pinterest is always a good place to look!
  • Do a supermarket sweep!
    • Supermarkets are full of great gifts, and they’re often a lot cheaper than your typical high street store. Plus, many supermarkets, like Tesco, have a brand guarantee, ensuring that you’re getting the best offer compared to other supermarkets.
  • ALWAYS look for discount codes
    • Whenever you’re shopping online, make sure you’re getting the best offer. As well as checking out different sites for the best price, search for discount codes. You won’t always find what you’re looking for, but there’s definitely a good chance that you’ll save somewhere, whether that’s free delivery, 5% off, or even a 2 for 1 offer. It’ll only take a few minutes, and it’s super easy, so make sure you do it!
  • Shop in Poundland/Poundworld for stocking fillers
    • Believe it or not, you can find so many great gifts for just a pound. Though you may want to splash out a little bit more on someone’s main gift, Poundland/Poundworld is always a good place to look for stocking fillers.

Where will you be shopping this year?
