Singer and performer Tulisa Contostavlos has been charged with drink driving after she crashed her Ferrari in north London, allegedly.

The former X-Factor judge’s car collided with a Saab outside Southgate Tube station on the 10th of September last year. She was also charged with dangerous driving, which was confirmed by a Metropolitan Police spokesman on the 7th of March.

She has been released upon bail, and will also appear before the Highbury Magistrates Court on 4th of April.

The conviction for drink driving could see the singer’s right to drive taken away for a year, while being convicted with dangerous driving would result in an obligatory ban of one year.

The crash took place on a roundabout outside the tube station not long before midnight.

When the police arrived, the former N-Dubz was breathalysed at the scene, was then arrested and held in custody before being released on bail, whilst pending further inquiries.

The car she wrecked had been bought only a few days before the crash.

There seems to be a trend forming at the moment with celebrities drink driving….

Don’t drink and drive, kids.
