UK Singles Chart

Sam Smith and John Legend have topped the UK Singles Chart for the second week, with their single ‘Lay Me Down,’ which sold 9,000 copies holding off second place ‘Years and Years’ King.

‘Four Five Seconds’ moved to number three on the chart and was the most streamed track of the week with 1.98 million streams. James Bay moved into the top five moving six spaces to fourth, followed by Ellie Goulding with her single ‘Love Me Like You Do’ finding itself in fifth spot.

Kendrick Lamar has reached number one for the first time on the UK Albums Chart, To Pimp a Butterfly had set a new record on Spotify after it had been streamed 9.6 million times worldwide in one day.
