Unforgivable

A rail company in Japan has apologised for a train being 20 seconds early when departing the platform. Japan has one of the most reliable rail services in the world and has shocked millions with its early departure.
I’m kidding, but it is nice to see that they care that much about a service.
The Tsukuba Express line between Tokyo and the city of Tsukuba say they ‘sincerely apologise for the inconvenience’ caused. The train was supposed to leave at 9:44:40 but instead left 20 seconds earlier. Now that may not sound like a lot, but unless you’ve used the Metro ever in your life, 20 seconds is the difference between waiting for 40 minutes for the next one or cramming yourself into a crowded compartment.
So an apology was issued because a train in Japan left twenty seconds early
In the UK you barely get an apology even if half the trains are running

The company statement pinned the fault on crew members not checking the timetable properly.
At least they apologised?
