US Storm Results in Snow Swimming Trend

The US has been hit by a huge blizzard over the last week, causing chaos for everyone. The severe weather is said to have affected over 80 million people, and it isn’t getting much better. Although the blizzard is over now, it has resulted in almost 3 feet of snow across some areas of America, putting a complete standstill to most aspects of everyday life.

However, some people seem to be enjoying the severe weather a little bit too much, with a new trend called ‘snow-swimming’ arising. This involves people wearing the skimpiest of bikinis and swimsuits and diving head first into a huge pile of snow, in the freezing cold. Now, that doesn’t sound too enjoyable to us, but maybe being trapped inside for too long was starting to have its effects as those involved couldn’t be any happier! Well, that is until they run screaming back inside for warmth!

A video has even emerged online compiling the top 5 attempts at snow swimming.
