Hello everyone, I hope you’re all having a wander-ful Summer! (See what I did there?)
Now that we’re getting closer and closer to the end of August, many of you may have finished your holidays, travelling and summer adventures. And while it may feel like summer is oh-so-quickly almost over, I’m here to tell you that it’s never too soon to start dreaming and planning your next adventure, and to help you all out with some new inspiration, I’m going to tell you the place that is topping my Wanderlust Wishlist… Bali!
Bali is 100% the place to be right now – everyone is talking about it, and it’s easy to see why! Situated within the insanely beautiful Indonesia, Bali is a little slice of pure paradise and not too high a cost. This is the Maldives but younger, hipper, fresher, and cheaper. It’s a small island, with big personality and even greater beauty! Be prepared for jaw-dropping sights of volcanoes, rice fields, pristine beaches, coconut forests, mountains and infinity pools galore – there is literally something for everyone. You can do everything from mountain climbing, visiting temples, to learning to surf, and all in great weather because living in Bali is like living in perpetual summer.
And let us not forget about the unbelievable nightlife on the islands where travellers across the world are ready to get down and party in some of the island’s craziest clubs. If you’re thinking about partying hard in Bali then it will probably be a late one, as the clubs don’t even open until around midnight – but don’t worry, you can always stop by to watch a breath-taking sunrise on your way back home.
And don’t be put off by the expensive flights to get there, my friends, because Bali is renowned for being a very cheap island to work, live and play on. So if you want your summer, your tan, and your Instagram account to be lit – book your flights to Bali ASAP!
