Blizzard Responds to Fans’ Pleas

Since the Halloween update for Overwatch, people have been getting a little bit obsessed with a particular character, Mercy – or more specifically, her Halloween skin. And it’s hard not to see why.

Of all the skins released with the update, fans have responded to this one the most… I wonder why?

However, in the new Brawl, she says the line “My servants never die” when she uses her Ultimate to resurrect the other enemy bosses. Fans on Reddit have pleaded that this be what she says when she uses her Ultimate in the standard games, when wearing the exclusive skin.

Blizzard, miraculously, responded with a simple “OK” to the thousands of fans who wanted the change, followed by “ETA mid-Nov”.

That was the entire message, but seems to have pleased players. It is unclear as to whether the change will be made on all platforms simultaneously, as often the console updates drag behind the PC updates.

This week’s updates include balance changes in addition to the Halloween-inspired event.
