Canada, You Were Our Only Hope

So after a day and a night of frankly shocking and terrifying data, Donald Trump is apparently going to be the next president of the US.

I’m going to leave that for another one of our writers. I hope they keep it SFW.

But quite a few Americans are looking north to solve their problems it would seem, after the Canadian immigration website crashed briefly earlier this morning (UK time).

Thanks to Google analytics, it was revealed that the high search traffic directed at the website came about just as the election swung to Trump’s favour. Safe to say everyone is wanting a way out.

If you’re planning on moving to Canada, the most favourable jobs seem to be things like accountants, economists, foresters, interior designers and even Sylviculturists.

Which I googled, and means:

Well, I learned two things this morning; the definition of a word, and that America loves a good xenophobic, narcissistic, misogynistic, sexist, waste of Dorito dust as a president more than someone who has over a decade of political experience under her belt.

But I’m not bitter or anything.
