Children at Risk!

The International Watch Foundation have through online research discovered that children, some as young as six, are performing sexual acts online.

The IWF believe that chat rooms and gaming websites are the cause of these acts. Many of the problems have come from strangers stealing and sharing the material and it was noted that some children are even being blackmailed into performing these horrendous acts.

3,808 images children and young people were found online. 82% of those were aged between 16 and 20 years old and 17% were children aged 15 and under.

The IWF are going to work on removing the images and videos of children, which shouldn’t be up there in the first place!
