Dr Dre’s Rolling in the Deep

Dr Dre’s £378 million earnings in the last 12 months have made him the highest of any musician ever evaluated by Forbes. Dre’s fortunes comes after selling Beats headphones and online music streaming service to Apple for an estimated £1.8 million.

Dr Dre topped the hip-hop’s richest men list with Jay Z and Diddy tied in second place earning an estimated £36 million each. Drake came in fourth and Macklemore and Ryan Lewis came in fifth place. Dre’s takings are more than the combined income of all the other 24 rappers on the list.
