Singing sensation Sam Smith has had to cancel more shows after doctors have discovered bleeding due to a haemorrhage on his vocal cords. He has cancelled numerous shows in Japan and Manila and previously had to cancel half of his Australian tour.

Sam is heading to the US to see a specialist regarding the problems he is having

Sam said, “Very upset about Japan and Manila dates. I’ve just left Australia and I’m on my way to the States to see a specialist to see what to do from there… This is f***ing horrid.”

His ‘In The Lonely Hour’ tour is due to come to Europe, starting with Radio 1’s Big Weekend in Norwich on 23rd May and fans will be glad to know that his performance is currently going ahead. Fingers crossed it stays that way.
