Newcastle continued their winning streak with a 2-0 win over West Bromich Albion at The Hawthorn on Sunday.

With United securing 3 points at the weekend, it means they move into the eighth spot on the table. Ayoz Perez fired home his third premier league goal in the last three games to put ‘The Toon’ 1-0 up.

On the hour mark Fabricio Coloccini secured the win with a close range header to give Alan Pardew’s side their fifth successive win in all competitions – including their comfortable defeat over last years champions Manchester City.
