According to Spotify, acts who performed at Glastonbury, including Ed Sheeran and Dolly Parton have increased their online streaming. The ‘Lego House’ singer saw an increase of 195%. Requests for Dolly’s tracks have risen by 95%.

Fans turned up in their thousands to see their favourite acts perform at Worthy Farm this past weekend and it definitely paid off for the performers. Heavy metal band, Metallica, said performing at Glastonbury was ‘sensational’. Their online streaming has risen 165% since headlining the Pyramid Stage on Saturday night.

Although the festival-goers were up to their eyeballs in mud, it was clear they had a good time. The cleaning operation is now underway as over 120,000 fans head home. The clean-up process is said to take up to six weeks.
