Jess Glynne has secured the top spot on the UK Singles Chart for the second week with her song ‘Hold My Hand.’ The song earned combined chart sales of just over 80,000 as well as 1.6 million streams.

Meanwhile, Ed Sheeran’s collaboration with Rudimental ‘Bloodstream’ climbs 24 places to number 2, finishing just 5,000 copies behind Glynne. The song was streamed 1.28 million times this week. James Bay falls to third place with ‘Hold Back the River’ whilst Years and Years are at number four with ‘King’ which was the most streamed song of the week, the song was streamed 1.96 million times. Mark Ronson’s ‘Uptown Funk’ completes the top five in fifth place.
