Musician and music producer, Mark Ronson, has released his new single ‘Uptown Funk’ featuring Bruno Mars, five weeks before its initial release date. Ronson decided to release it early because of X Factor hopeful Fleur East singing a cover of the song on Saturday night’s X Factor. Simon Cowell revealed that Fleur’s performance was “one of the top three performances” in the shows history. ‘Uptown Funk’ has been viewed over 22 million times, to watch the original CLICK HERE.
Fleur wore black hot pants with a black crop top and a gold jacket with knee high boots to perform the show-stopping routine. Her live performance went straight to the top of iTunes on Monday, encouraging Mark Ronson’s label to release the original with immediate effect. Fleur’s recital has had over one million views on YouTube so far.
