Metronomy are Back

After a three year hiatus, the Devon based band are back with their new single “I’m Aquarius”. After being together since 1999, the band have surprisingly only released three albums thus far with a fourth due for one release in 2014, but every time the wait is definitely worth it.

The English Rivera was one of the most underrated albums of 2011 and every track could have been a hit if it wasn’t so “un-radio friendly”. Although this could be a good thing, nearly every UK city has a tour date because they’re not too cool for that. The video for  “I’m Aquarius”  debuted on Wednesday and totally fits the track. It’s an evolution from their old stuff without straying too far from the sound we expect and love.

It would be a huge shame for this to be as underrated as their older stuff was.
