After his son’s battle with cancer, Michael Bublé is set to make a return to the UK in 2018.

The star performer and his wife both took a hiatus from their professional lives last November, after their eldest son, Noah, who was three at the time, began his treatment for cancer. In February, the couple said that the recovery was ‘progressing well’. By April, it was confirmed their little boy was free of the dreaded disease.

Luisana Lopilato, Bublé’s wife, spoke at a press conference in Argentina, saying ‘Thank God, my son is now well. My son’s recovery is a long process as you all know, and he has to continue with check-ups.’

Announcing a performance in Hyde Park, Bublé thanked his fans for their patience and support. To close, he added:

‘And for those of you that haven’t seen me live, well… I just haven’t met you yet!’
