American pop princess Demi Lovato kicked off her Neon Lights tour on Sunday with special guests, British girl band Little Mix, American girl group Fifth Harmony and 2010 UK X-Factor contestant Cher Lloyd.

The Heart Attack singer performed hits from her 2008 album Don’t Forget as well as songs from her fourth studio album DEMI which showcased all of Demetria’s vocals. She also has her Jonas Brother buddy Nick Jonas to sing a few of their old hits together in the arenas.

Lovato also had fans come to her official sound check in which the emotional song ‘Believe In Me’ was sung with the sparse population of fans in the arena. Through the VIP package, ‘Lovatics’ were provided with snacks and hot chocolate and could also take a photo with their idol.

To international fans’ dismay, Demi has not announced any dates for a UK or European leg of The Neon Lights Tour, but it is highly anticipated that she will tour worldwide.

Hopefully the UK will get a bit of Lovato love soon; in the meantime we’ll just have to have Ticketmaster on stand-by!
