Filming for Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man Tells No Tails has started in the Village Roadshow Studios, Queensland, Australia where the fifth installment is being shot. The upcoming fantasy film is being directed by Norwegian directors Espen Sandberg and Joachim Ronning and the latest Captain Jack Sparrow escapade is set to be released July 17 2017.

Rejoining the action alongside Johnny Depp and Keira Knightley are Geoffrey Rush as Barbossa, Kevin R McNally as Joshamme and Stephen Graham as Scrum.
