Trying to lose weight can be really difficult, and can often mean that you’re forcing yourself to eat food that you don’t particularly enjoy. So, how would you feel if I told you that you could continue to eat some of your favourite food, and still lose weight?

Well, thanks to Weight Watchers food, you may be able to do just that. Across a number of large supermarkets, you can pick up a wide range of low calorie meals that are just as tasty as those you’d normally indulge in.

Whether that’s a chicken curry, mac & cheese, or even ice cream, they can all be part of a healthy diet. Of course, it’s important not to rely purely on ready meals, as freshly prepared food is really great for you, but if you lead a busy life, this can really be a lot of help.

Plus, they’re not as pricey as you might expect. Averaging at around £1.50 per meal, they’re actually a lot cheaper than a lot of ready meals out there.

Portion sizes are reasonable too, so you don’t have to worry about being hungry straight after eating.

With so many meals to choose from, it can be difficult to know what to try first. So, here are our top picks:

4 Toffee Minipots – Eating healthy means cutting out a lot of sugary foods, which can often leave you craving for them more. So, this is a great way to enjoy a delicious dessert without feeling too guilty about it. At only 86 calories, you have nothing to worry about.

Sweet and Sour Chicken – Love a Chinese takeaway? Well, it might not be quite the same, but you can certainly indulge with this delicious meal. Likewise, WW also do a tasty Chicken Curry to satisfy all your needs.

Dairy Spread – A lot of us tend to be fussy about our spread, thinking that some brands are much nicer than others, but if you’re willing to try something new then we’d definitely suggest this one.

Cottage Pie – When you’re trying to reduce your calorie intake, it often feels like all you’re eating is salad upon salad. At winter time, this can leave you feeling low in energy and usually a bit bored too. Well, this will get you back on track in no time.

Good luck, and enjoy!
