Robert Downey Jr is Highest-Paid actor for Second Year Running

Iron Man actor, Robert Downey Jr, has been named as Hollywood’s highest-paid actor for the second year running. The actor is said to be earning around £43 million. Most of his earnings between June 2013 and June 2014 have come from Iron Man 3. When the third movie of the franchise was released, it made a total of £702 million at the box office worldwide.

In second place is Dwayne Johnson (The Rock), the former pro-wrestler is estimated to have £30 million in the bank because of his roles in G.I Joe: Retaliation and the Fast and Furious movies.

Other actors such as Bradley Cooper, Leonardo DiCaprio and Chris Hemsworth also featured on the list. Ted actor, Mark Wahlberg, also made it onto the list along with Will Smith, they are said to earning £18 million each.
