The Royal Baby was born on Saturday at 8.34am at St Mary’s Hospital, London, weighing 8lbs 3oz.
There was speculation over whether the name Diana would be included in the Royal baby’s name and when the name of the fourth in line to throne was announced, the baby was indeed named with recognition to Diana, Princess of Wales and the child’s great-Grandmother, the Queen with her name, Princess Charlotte Elizabeth Diana.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are expected to introduce the Royal Baby to Her Majesty and the Duke of Edinburgh in London on Tuesday.
