The Voice UK is Back

The Voice UK is back with a vengeance. With Ricky Wilson, will.i.am, Sir Tom Jones and ‘R.I.P’ singer Rita Ora taking their seats, it certainly didn’t disappoint viewers when it aired on BBC One on Saturday night. This is the shows fourth series and is co-hosted by Marvin Hulmes and Emma Willis.

Letitia George opened the show by singing a cover of Sam Smith’s ‘Stay with Me’. Ricky, Rita and Tom pressed their buttons and Letitia decided Ricky would be her best bet after asking the three judges how spicy they would have their chicken, to decide which coach to choose.

Former Hear’Say band member, Kym Marsh, was at the blind auditions to support her 16 year old daughter, Emilie Cunliffe, who was hoping to progress to the battle phase but failed to impress the judges.

We look forward to seeing what else The Voice UK has in store for us.
