After One Direction released their album Four they became the first band in the U.S Billboard history to have all four of their albums debut at number one. Not bad for a group of solo singers who were put together on a talent show that is forever being slated by the media.

Take a peek at what we think are the top five One Direction videos below.

1. Night Changes
‘Night Changes’ was released on November,14,2014 as the second single from their studio album Four. The song was written by the five band members along with Jamie Scott. The official music video was released on November,21,2014 and directed by Ben Winston,

 

2. What Makes You Beautiful

‘What Makes You Beautiful’ was One Directions debut and lead single from their debut studio album. The song was written by Savan Kotecha and produced by Rami Yacoub and Carl Falk. The song won the 2012 Brit Award for Best British Single. ‘What Makes You Beautiful’ debuted at number one on the UK Singles Chart after selling 153,965 copies in its first week.

The music video was directed by John Urbano and has over 580 million views on YouTube and is the most watched video in history.

 

3. Steal My Girl
‘Steal My Girl’ is the lead single from their fourth studio album Four. The single was written by Wayne Hector, John Ryan, Julian Bunetta, Ed Drewett and band members Louis Tomlinson and Liam Payne.

The music video was directed by Ben and Gabe Turner.

 

4. Story Of My Life
‘Story Of My Life’ is the second single from the bands third studio album, Midnight Memories. The song is written by Jamie Scott and John Ryan. ‘Story Of My Life’ reached number one on iTunes and peaked at number one on the UK Singles Download Chart.

The video was directed by Ben Winston.

 

5. Best Song Ever
‘Best Song Ever’ is the lead single from the groups third studio album, Midnight Memories. The song was written by Wayne Hector, John Ryan, Ed Drewett and Julian Bunetta. It was produced by Bunetta, Matt Rad and Ryan.

The music video was filmed at The Temple House in Miami Beach, Florida. It was also directed by Ben Winston and written by Winston and James Corden of Gavin and Stacey fame.
