Sam Takes the Lead

Sam Smith’s latest single ‘Lay me Down’ has reached number one on the UK Singles Chart making it his fourth number one in less than half a year. ‘Lay me Down’ the Comic Relief collaboration featuring John Legend has sold over 105,000 copies.

Last weeks number one from Years and Years, ‘King’ is now in second place and Florida’s ‘GDFR’ has entered the chart in third place. Ellie Goulding went from second spot to fourth whilst Rihanna, Kanye West and Paul McCartney remain in fifth with ‘Four Five Seconds.’

‘Four Five Seconds’ is the most streamed track of the week, with the track being played 2.12 million times in the last week.
