Fact: Wayne Rooney has more followers than Prime Minister David Cameron and earns more money than him.

Wayne Rooney may be the most popular British Athlete but former Real Madrid man Cristiano Ronaldo wins hands down with an extraordinary amount of followers, reaching 30 million!

But who has the most followers on Twitter? Yes that’s right singer Katy Perry is the Queen of twitter with an astonishing 50 million followers taking over Justin Bieber and One Direction’s Harry Styles.
