Sport Relief is one of the biggest charity events in the UK and it takes place from Friday 21st to Sunday 23rd March this year. This weekend will consist of running, cycling and swimming events, as well as games at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.

Little Mix, a girl group who won The X Factor in 2011, have recently been spending some time in Liberia in order to see some of the great work achieved by Sport Relief. Perrie Edwards, Jade Thirlwall, Leigh­Anne Pinnock and Jesy Nelson have been experiencing what it’s like to live outside of England for a few days. Not only this, but they have announced that they are also releasing this year’s official single, a cover of Cameo’s Word Up.

The single will be released as a download on March 16th, but if you can’t wait until then, you can pre-­order it now.
