Trump and Hopkins

Almost sounds too awful to be true, doesn’t it? Well, our favourite Republican candidate is apparently a fan of Britain’s own bigot, Katie Hopkins.

In a recent tweet from the bigoted idealist, Trump said:

That’s right, folks, the head of the Republican party believes that Katie Hopkins is a voice for the people in the UK. So why don’t we look at what ‘the politicians of the U.K.’ could learn from Katie? Well…

She caused massive upset after saying she wouldn’t allow her children to play with lower class children, back in 2013 when she was still relevant. She pointed out names like Chardonnay and Tyler as two of the names she couldn’t stand to have around her children. On ITV’s This Morning, she admitted she judged children by their names. Yes, dear readers, a 40 year old woman judges children based upon their names. So far, Trump’s faith is looking a little misplaced, wouldn’t you agree?

Let us also not forget how she said she did not like children with ‘geographical location names’… and then it was revealed she herself had a daughter called India.

In the by-gone days of 2014, she had her own show on TV, as she set out to show the world her prejudice toward those struggling with obesity by gaining three stone then attempting to lose it. While being filmed. The television network TLC describes Katie’s journey as ‘dramatic’, ’emotional’, and a personal favourite ‘not as straight forward as Katie would have imagined’.  Spoiler, she only managed to lose 74% of her weight gain, and many critics dubbed the show ‘pointless‘ and ‘cringe-worthy‘.

So Trump, when it comes to UK opinion, she really isn’t all that popular. Even here at b**p, she made the Uninspirational list for being ‘one of Britain’s most controversial morons’.
